For the people who supply the industry

The intelligence platform for America's drilling industry.

Every foot drilled wears out something you sell. DrillerDB tracks 22,000+ active drilling companies and reads the industry's paper trail — 18 million wells, 10.4 million reports extracted line by line. If you want to know your customers, this is the system.

What you see on every account

A well log records everything the ground consumed. We read all of them, so every company profile answers the questions your reps ask before a call:

The casing they run

Diameter, depth, and feet set per year — per account. Across the dataset, 4-inch and 6-inch dominate: 1.7M and 1.6M wells each. We can tell you which of your prospects runs which.

The bits they burn

Bit sizes derived from the borehole diameter on every log. Formation mix per account tells you whether they are slicing clay or grinding granite — and which bit to walk in with.

What they buy each year

A full consumables profile per account — casing, pumps, grout, screens, pressure tanks, drop pipe, bits, wire — with estimated annual volumes for the big ones: pumps per year, bags of grout, feet of screen. Every figure labeled from-records or estimated.

The rigs in their yard

4,104 drilling rigs counted across 3,326 companies — from satellite plus the photos they publish on their website, Google listing, and social pages. Classified track or wheel, brand read off the rig where visible, make matched against our rig-manufacturer catalog.

Who to call

Owner and driller names from 37 state licensing registries, direct phone numbers, review history, and permit velocity — plus growth signals and a weather flag for the days a crew is likely stuck in the office.

How we know

No surveys, no self-reported firmographics. Three independent instruments, cross-checked against each other — and never standing still: refreshed continuously, day and night.

10,434,176reports extracted by AI

State well logs, read end to end

Almost nobody reads a completion report after it's filed. Our extraction pipeline does — pulling casing schedules, bit diameters, lithology, static water level, and yield from each PDF, then matching the driller to a company.

4,104rigs counted · continuously analyzed

AI vision: satellite + their own photos

Two vision pipelines look at every company. Satellite imagery of the yard counts rigs, service trucks, trailers, and tanks. And we collect the photos companies publish themselves — website galleries, Google listings, social pages — and analyze them to identify the rigs and vehicles they actually run: track versus wheel, brand read off the machine, make matched against our rig-manufacturer catalog.

From list to pipeline

Filter to a list — a territory, a radius, a spec — and put it to work.

Salesforce · NetSuite · CSV · Excel · REST API

Load your CRM

Bulk-match companies to your Salesforce accounts and see pipeline beside each profile. NetSuite financials sit alongside. Or export CSV / Excel and load any system you run.

Build ad audiences

Export the exact accounts your reps are working and upload them to Facebook Custom Audiences or Google Ads Customer Match. The list is the hard part — it's one filter away.

Build the mailing list

Export verified mailing addresses by state, county, or radius, and hand them to your mail house. A postcard to every active driller in a territory is one filter and one file away.

Fill the dialer

Direct lines with owner and driller names attached — plus the weather flag that tells you which crews are likely at a desk today instead of on a rig.

Work the trade show

Before NGWA or any state convention, pull every active company within driving distance of the venue, ranked by lead score. Walk in knowing who's on the floor.

Feed your email campaigns

Export contact emails with owner and decision-maker names attached, filtered to exactly the segment you want — ready for the email platform you already run.
